One of the things I love most about Keller Williams, Gary Keller and his leadership team at Keller Williams Realty is that there is always a PIVOT to shift to what is happening RIGHT NOW!

We have a lot of very powerful real estate training and BOLD is certainly an extremely impactful real estate training for real estate salespeople wanting to succeed at a high level!

There was once a time when BOLD (Business Objective Life by Design) was an 8 week program with a certified BOLD coaching flying in for an entire day to spend with several hundred sales people.  We would then be broken into groups to hold each other accountable to tasks required weekly.  Of course the expense of this created a fee of approximately $1000.00 for the real estate training.

We were happy to pay this because the NET increase in productivity both during and immediately following was HUGE!  Definitely worth the investment.

Now, lets see what Gary Keller, Keller Williams Realty leadership did in order for us to be able to have the same superior learning event…we went DIGITAL!!!!  Shifting and pivoting to create a valuable program that would give us the same high level training with more accountability, more leads, more transactions and a positive mindset to carry us through!
